DHA reorganized April 20, 2026 with FOC target July 19. PEO DHMS retains executive authority over MHS GENESIS, OPMED programs (JOMIS, MHS GENESIS-Theater, deployable / Role 1-2-3 medical C2, blood inventory, theater data movement), and DMIX / EIDS. Organizationally PEO DHMS sits under AD-RDA/CAE, but the EHR portfolio's acquisition reporting runs directly to USW(A&S). The Office of Warfighter Health Advantage (RDML Tracy Farrill, just appointed) consolidates data, analytics, AI, and digital health into a single seat. The HCDS deployment RFP and the Leidos bridge are both inside the three-PAE transition window. Per the June 9, 2026 AD-RDA All Hands, the formal portfolios are PAE Medical Systems (MS), Medical Products (MP), and Medical Digital Solutions (MDS); PAE MDS is the consolidation seat absorbing PEO DHMS and PEO Medical Systems.
